Store: If your Dancing Fern is in plastic wrap, remove it when you bring it home and wrap in cheese paper, parchment paper, or wax paper. If your Fern is especially runny, store in a small Tupperware or glass container. Cheese likes humidity, so keep it in your vegetable crisper if possible. A little mold growth is ok, cut it off before eating.
Serve: Bring to room temperature with the wrapping still on. For Dancing Fern, this will usually take 30 for a wedge, and up to 1 hour for a whole wheel. Take the wrapper off just before serving. It is ok to eat the rind, or not.
